Good Zoom training

I needed help with Zoom for family calls and decided to try TechPals. I booked a 'zoom training for seniors' session online which was easy enough. The expert was patient and explained things clearly, even the screen sharing part. We went over how to join meetings, mute myself, and change my name. I felt much more comfortable using it afterwards. The connection was good too, no issues there. It was a worthwhile experience.

Helped with my printer

My printer was acting up big time. TechPals helped me with the troubleshooting over a call. It wasn't super quick, took about an hour, but they got it working again.

Hey, thinking about getting my grandma some help with her new tablet from TechPals. Anyone used them before? Is it actually safe for older folks, like they won't try to install dodgy stuff or anything?

G Gwen G. 4 months ago
Yeah, totally safe. My dad used them for email setup and they were super patient. They don't install anything without asking and everything is done remotely so they never even touch his computer physically.

They're legit, used them for my aunt's printer issues. All the experts are vetted or something like that, I remember seeing it on their site. Definitely not a scam.

Does TechPals ever do free sessions or like, a trial period? Trying to convince my dad it's worth it but he's hesitant to pay upfront.

They usually have a free 15-minute consultation. I think I saw something about a 'first session free' offer too for new users. Worth checking their site though, those things change.

Yep, my friend got a free consult for her mom last month! I think it's pretty standard for them.
